07h30 – 08h00: The guide will meet you at your hotel/stay and start a 120km modern bus journey through a verdant landscape. Stop over for a rest on the way.
10h30 – 11h00: Arrive in Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam dating back to the 11th century. Having been eroded over the millennia, the dilapidated ruins have nearly been absorbed by the spectacular scenery creating a mystical atmosphere that will ensure to titillate your imagination, visit King Dinh and Le Temple.
12h00: Enjoy a lavish buffet lunch in a local restaurant, a great place to savour the intense flavours of Vietnamese food then go to Tam Coc for a stunning boat trip.
13h30: Board the sampan boats, owned by locals, gently sailing along Ngo Dong River, capturing the incredible scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”. In total, the duration of the boat trip ranges from 1.5 to 2 hours. If time allows us, you can have a chance to cycle through peaceful villages in Tam Coc.
15h30: Arrive at Mua Cave and start a fantastic trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain to watch the spectacular rice valley with a precious view of nature.
17h15: Get on the shuttle bus to return to Hanoi.
19h00 – 19h30: Drop off at your hotel/accommodation’s doorstep in Hanoi Old Quarter. Trip ends!!!
